Hospital Transport Arrangements
If patients require transport to hospital and are eligible for the patient hospital transport service they should telephone 0300 123 1236 to organise this. Unfortunately we cannot do this on behalf of patients, the call handlers go through a series of questions to work out eligibility and organise accordingly.
If patients require the voluntary hospital car service, they should telephone the surgery to get the co-ordinators number. Patients then need to phone the co-ordinator direct and give the appropriate details.
Please give the organisers of either of these services as much notice as possible for your travel requirements.
