If you are too ill to attend the surgery, you should telephone Pitlochry (01796) 472558 and request a home visit. If possible, it would be helpful if you could telephone or leave a message before 10.00am for visits that day. Urgent home visits will be attended to as soon as possible.
The receptionist may ask for some details of the problem to let the doctor assess the degree of urgency. Some problems cannot be dealt with at home and you might be asked to attend the surgery or the Minor Illness and Injuries Unit at the Pitlochry Community Hospital (eg nose bleeds or lacerations/cuts).
