TELEPHONE FAULT - update

We have been having intermittent difficulties with our phone system and the automated answering service over the last few weeks. This is due to the equipment no longer being supported. We are in the process of trying to update and/or replace our existing system and are currently in negotiation with a number of providers. We are hoping this will be resolved in the very near future.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but we are doing our best to get the situation resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience during this transition period.
