As the Community Care and Treatment Service (CTACs) develops further we now have a single point of contact telephone number for arranging appointments for blood tests, chronic disease monitoring (CDM), wound care or ear syringing.

When you are due your annual review we will contact you, usually by text, to arrange an appointment for blood tests appropriate to your health condition.  We will now be providing a single point of contact number 01738 413099 where you will be asked a series of questions to ensure you get the appropriate tests carried out. The tests will be carried out locally in CTACs, there is no necessity to travel anywhere else. This is a genuine message if you are concerned by a new text message.

We hope this will take some of the pressure off the surgery telephone lines and streamline the booking of  appointments for the aforementioned areas of care.
